Fredrica Williams of Fredrica Williams Realty brings new meaning to the word “experienced”. She began her career in 1979 as a wife and mother of two with the purpose of finding something that fit into her already busy life. She had no idea, at that point, that she would find her calling. Over the years, she has evolved from being a highly productive agent, to a broker within a partnership, to an independent business owner whose office has not only withstood the storm of a difficult economy and a decimated real estate market, but has thrived. She has emerged, this year, as one of NJAR’s celebrated Million Dollar Sales awardees with the Circle of Excellence award! Given the nation’s current financial climate, this was no easy feat. However, Fredrica has a proven success record and would never let circumstance dictate her results. She has become a specialist in navigating the tricky world of foreclosures and short sales and through this, has negotiated her way into being a top producer despite marketplace pitfalls!
Fredrica Williams prides herself in treating all of her clients with more than just efficacy and respect. She truly cares about each one of her customers as if they were members of her own family. She is not afraid to become personally involved in, what is for many folks, one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
